Each checkout saves its departure period. Breaks and times outside the schedule are marked separately.
Student checkout rules
The default is one student out at a time. Teacher checkouts can exceed these limits. All active passes count toward student checkout limits.

The PDF is read in this browser; the student IDs, names, periods, and optional gender you approve are saved to this teacher account. Duplicate students across periods are combined. To refresh your roster, select the update option below; existing history is preserved and students absent from the upload are kept.
